We are looking forward to investing in pure New Urban firms at some time in the future. In the meantime, below are a couple of categories we currently invest.

Real Estate Investment Trust - REITs are companies that own, and in most cases, operate income-producing real estate. To be a REIT, a company must distribute at least 90% of its taxable income to shareholders annually in the form of dividends. This investment vehicle allows small shareholders (like us) the ability enjoy the benefits of owning real estate.
